Shipping policy
We only ship our products within the United States of America. All products include FREE SHIPPING.
We pride ourselves on delivering the freshest possible coffee. As a small-batch premium coffee company, we roast our coffee to order five (5) days a week to ensure the highest quality product. Depending on your order time, most orders ship the same day they are purchased. During peak times, this process might take up to three (3) days after placing your order. Our coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted for whole bean coffee, and shipped the day after roasting for ground coffee to allow for the ground coffee to settle.
Once your order ships and is fulfilled, we will send you an email or text message with a tracking number so you may track your shipment online. Another update will be sent as soon as your order was delivered to you.
