Refund policy

At American Way Coffee we value your loyalty and business like no other. While we always put every effort in delivering you the freshest coffee, we understand that sometimes you might not be 100% satisfied. Should that be the case, then please e-mail our team on info@americanwaycoffee.com and one of us will respond to you within 24 hours. Alternatively, send us a message through the chat function on our website www.americanwaycoffee.com

Please ensure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, as well as an explanation with your request. We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your purchase to request a refund. After the 30-day window has expired, refund and exchange requests will not be honored.

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY:

COFFEE & TEA PRODUCTS
Coffee and tea are perishable products, and we do not accept returns. All coffee, tea and other perishable items sales are final without exception unless an error was made by us or your order was damaged upon delivery. Please note that in case of damage, lost shipment or other quality-related concerns, we do not issue refunds but will be happy to replace your product. Reach out to our team and we will get your replacement product shipped to you as quickly as possible.

APPAREL & OTHER NON-PERISHABLE PRODUCTS 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Claims for returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receiving your purchase. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same or similar product, or alternative a store credit will be issued.
